Born in Suisse, I have lived in Italy for several years.

Curious about that instrument that my dad handled with extreme care, a 1962 Voigtlander Vitoret R with a leather case, I started shooting from an early age, with high expectations, albeit absent-mindedly.

Only after the first photography courses did I become aware of how the unpredictability and uniqueness of light, in constant dialogue with shadow, can create the harmony I seek in every image.

​I prefer nature photography which allows me to combine my other great passion, the mountains. Strong light, sometimes thin or dim, ardent but more often crisp, fleeting moments, barely perceptible moments, special encounters with wildlife and much more in the wind rose of emotions that transform unique moments into extracts that can be enjoyed forever. ​

I take the necessary time and wait, listening to what the environment around me suggests because nature demands calm: one must inevitably follow its rhythm if one wants a privileged encounter or a creative, sublime vision, in any case always personal.
